Pneumatic anchor drill

Drilling bolt hole operation:

1. When opening the eye, the speed should not be too fast, and the air leg thrust should be reduced. When drilling holes of about 30 mm, the speed can be gradually increased to increase the thrust and enter the normal drilling operation.
2. After the hole is in place, close the air intake of the air leg, reduce the water output, and slow down the rotation speed, so that the drill machine can smoothly fall back with the drill pipe by its own weight.
3. When drilling the casing, the diameter of the drill bit of the long drill pipe should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the drill bit used for the short drill pipe.

 

Stir and install the anchor work:

1. It is not allowed to use the anchor that is not straight and straight, that is, the bolt inserted into the bolt hole should be able to rotate freely without clamping.
2. When the anchor is pushed into the bolt hole by the artificial anchor, and the top is in place, the stirring sleeve is installed, and when the anchor is used to stir and install the bolt, the rotation speed of the drilling machine should be medium speed first. . The air leg propulsion time should be substantially consistent with the mixing time specified by the anchoring process. Because the anchoring agent is in an optimal filling state between the hole wall and the anchor rod at this time, the anchoring effect is good.
3. When mixing, be careful not to put the air leg in place at once, and turn on the motor to rotate and stir. Because of this work, some anchoring agents will extrude the anchoring area along the spiral of the anchor, affecting the anchoring effect.

 

After the assignment:

1. Turn off the water first, and rinse the surface of the rig with water, then run it empty to achieve the purpose of removing water and preventing rust.
2. Check if the drilling rig is damaged, whether the bolt is loose, and handle it in time.
3. Place the rig in a safe place from accidental damage such as gun collapse, machine rolling, and rutting.

 

Safety Precautions:

1. Before drilling, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the roof and coal gang for safe operation.
2. The rig is prohibited from being placed on the ground. Because the rig is placed on the ground, once the ventilation is mishandled, the gas leg suddenly protrudes, which may cause an accident.
3. When drilling, it is forbidden to use a gloved hand to hold the drill pipe.
4. When opening the eye position, the rig should be stabilized to open the eye.
5. When drilling, the atmospheric leg thrust should be added at a constant speed to avoid accidents such as slow drilling speed, stuck drill, broken brazing, and cracked blade caused by uneven thrust.
6. When the rig falls back, the hand should not be supported on the air leg to prevent injury.
7. When the rig is loaded and unloaded, a counter torque will occur. But you can hold the rocker arm and get a balance. Especially when suddenly loading and unloading, the operator should pay more attention to the position and reasonably hold the rocker handle.

4. The rig is over-swinging while drilling

2. Check if the bushing is worn. It has worn out and needs to change the spindle.
3. Repair the air leg and replace the worn parts.

5. Low air leg thrust

2. Check if the sealing surface of the vent valve spool is damaged. Repair or replace the parts.

6. Operating arm leaking

7. When drilling, the handlebar feels a large anti-torque
